One thing have I asked of the Lord, that will I seek after: that I may dwell in the house of the Lord all the days of my life, to gaze upon othe beauty of the Lord and to inquire in his temple. Psalm 27:4
Matthew and Sherrie have served the Lord as ordained ministers for over 25 years. Their ministry experience spans many areas including youth pastors, worship leaders, street evangelists, children's church pastors, interim pastors, and home group leaders. In 1992 they relocated from Northern Virginia to Richmond where they served on staff at Tikvat Israel Messianic Congregation. In 1997, as a result of a vision from the Lord of coming revival, they gathered pastors and intercessors for corporate worship and prayer. They were commissioned by church and city leaders for this work which led to the establishment of The Common Thread Ministries in 2000. This commissioning also included a mandate from the Lord to raise up day and night prayer in Richmond. In November 2006 RIHOP (Richmond Int'l House of Prayer) was birthed. Matthew has a passion for worship and teaching a generation to be radical followers of Jesus. Sherrie carries a strong prophetic message for cities in regards to governmental alignment, community transformation and the necessity to stand with Israel and Jews world-wide.
Sherrie Moore currently directs the mandate and vision of RIHOPE.  This includes oversight of all base activities, direction and evaluation of training development and community relations.  She is a prophetically motivated speaker that shares the heart of Jesus for community transformation with specific emphasis on governmental alignment and Israel.

She returned to Richmond in March of 2010, after hearing the Lord call her full-time to work with RIHOPE.
